Refund & Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Exchange

We offer exchanges under the following conditions:

• Wrong item received
• Damaged product received
• Manufacturing defect

Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

Non-Exchangeable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, used oral care products cannot be exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Damaged Products

If you receive a damaged product, please contact us with clear photos of the item and packaging.

Refund Policy

Refunds may be approved only if:

• The ordered item is unavailable after payment.
• A replacement cannot be provided.

Approved refunds may take 5–10 business days to process.
